4. Meta Pixel
Purpose: We use the remarketing function of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd on our website (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (fka Facebook Ireland Ltd. - 4 Grand Canal Square - Grand Canal Harbour - Dublin 2 Ireland).
The purpose of "Meta Pixel" is to reach users on Meta Platforms who have previously visited the website in order to address them on Meta Platforms with appropriate information about our products and services and possibly also around to find new people who resemble our website visitors. For example, this can result in you being addressed on Facebook or Instagram with BMW/KGM/FIAT/ABARTH/HONDA/SUZUKI/ROYAL ENFIELD/ANY OTHER MANUFACTURER WE MAY REPRESENT advertising media after you have visited the website.

Information about the web browser, page storage location, document, URL reference and user agent of the web browser as well as the IP address (which according to Meta can only be evaluated at the general country level).
PIXEL SPECIFIC DATA.
Pixel ID and Meta cookie data are recorded, as well as information about which pages you have accessed. In addition, the data contains information on actions carried out, such as a test drive / offer request, requested information material or a model-specific configuration.
PROCESSING OF THE COLLECTED DATA.
Meta ranks the above Information to your personal Meta user account. The Manufacturers do not save or process this information.
Recognition is possible across websites and, under certain circumstances, across devices through Meta (but not through The Manufacturers) if Meta e.g. can assign different devices. You can only be recognised by The Manufacturers indirectly, as they can anonymously address you as a Meta user on e.g. Facebook or Instagram.
This is largely made possible by the Meta cookie. According to Meta, the information sent by the Meta pixel to Meta is currently stored for 180 days and then encrypted and anonymised. The Manufacturer has no influence on this procedure.
